beXreal, innovation to transform business parks
TwinParks is a technological initiative promoted by beXReal, aimed at creating a data space aligned with UNE00087 for industrial parks and naturally aligned with the European data framework, which sets out the legal and technical rules for the secure exchange of data in Europe. It is conceived as a new digital infrastructure for business ecosystems, connecting companies, infrastructure and services, and facilitating the secure exchange of information and the development of new data-based services.
Currently, many industrial parks collect a large amount of information from companies, sensors, infrastructure, logistics, energy or security, but this data is often fragmented and poorly connected, limiting its ability to generate value and improve the efficiency of the entire ecosystem.
TwinParks proposes to address this challenge through an interoperable data space platform that guarantees the sovereignty of industrial data, enabling each organisation to retain control over its information while facilitating secure sharing and collaboration.
Crowdlending Bizkaia
Crowdlending Bizkaia is a new financial instrument promoted by Seed Capital Bizkaia to facilitate access to finance for innovative companies in the territory. It aims to complement traditional credit channels through a participatory loan model that combines public investment with contributions from citizens or businesses.
