Delikatetxe<\/a> cooperative, supported by the Entrepreneurship and Social Impact Fund of Seed Capital Bizkaia, has given\u00a0a step forward in its business development by launching the\u00a0marketing of their products.<\/h4>\n

After more than four years of hard work, Delikatetxe has started a new stage with the commercialization of the first products arisen from its factory in Elorrio. Its products are made from \u00a0free-range hens, which once their life cycle is over, are collected from local farms, in order to take advantage of their meat: hamburgers and chicken broth are, along with the vegetables used in cooking, for the time being, the processed products.<\/p>\n

The circular economy, the core of the project<\/b><\/h4>\n

Delikatetxe project has been conceived by its three partners\u00a0founders as a circular economy project. The part of the production, as mentioned, takes advantage of chicken meat from small farms in the area.<\/p>\n

This cooperative, following its Circular Economy project philosophy, has invested in solar panels and photovoltaic plates in order to be self-sufficient in energy.<\/p>\n

In this way, Delikatetxe becomes a noteworthy initiative for the future in the field of the circular economy with great future challenges in terms of product consolidation and diversification.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Entrepeneurship and Social Impact Fund (FEIS)<\/b><\/a><\/h4>\n

Established in 2014, FEIS aims to support the promotion and\u00a0consolidation of business initiatives social impact oriented in<\/p>\n

Biscay.\u00a0Since 2021, three benchmark entities in the social field will\u00a0incorporated into the FEIS, Fiare Banca Etica<\/a>, Fundaci\u00f3n Anesvad and Fundaci\u00f3n Laboral San Prudencio<\/a>.\u00a0This collaboration is an important boost for the commitment to socially responsible investment carried out by Seed Capital Bizkaia.<\/p>\n

Currently, FEIS fund has supported a total of 12 initiatives\u00a0in the fields of education, circular economy, insertion and social inclusion, and health.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
